This stage design translates Alice in Wonderland into a stage design defined by continuous, curved forms that distort scale and perception. A sweeping, curved backdrop operates as a visual anchor point, guiding narrative progression across layered platforms and varying stage levels. These elements structure performance zones while maintaining a clear field of view for the viewer and fluid movement for performers. The composition balances expressive geometry with functional clarity, ensuring adaptability within a life setting. The design creates a clear contrast in materials, shown through smooth white surfaces against reflective gold finishes. This was enhanced through controlled lighting, generating depth and visual ambiguity. The result is an immersive environment that reinterprets the narrative through spatial distortion and controlled theatrical sequencing rather than literal representation.
