Żurrieq, Malta | 2026 | Wellness Retreat

Farm to Skin: Integrating Agriculture, Architecture, and Organic Skincare is a final-year spatial design dissertation project currently in development, exploring the integration of organic skincare production, wellness, and architecture within a unified spatial system. The proposal translates the journey from raw agricultural materials to finished skincare products into a sequence of interconnected spaces, including cultivation, workshops, treatments, a tearoom and retail areas. These programmatic elements are organised to guide user experience through both process and participation. The project investigates the adaptation of a traditional Maltese farmhouse, balancing preservation with contemporary intervention through the principles of vernacular architecture.
